The service
Seven Figure Studio scripts, edits and delivers ad creative, including UGC-style video ads, video sales letters (VSLs), looping GIF ads and static image ads, sold as one-time packages. “Monthly” packs are one-time purchases of a fixed quantity, not recurring subscriptions.
Briefs and turnaround
Production starts once you complete the brief questionnaire and supply any footage, brand assets or product details we request. Delivery is typically 24 to 48 business hours per video after the brief is complete. Turnaround times are estimates and depend on the completeness of your brief and the size of your order.
Revisions
Every package includes 3 revision rounds per deliverable. Revisions cover edits to the delivered creative within the original brief. Changes to the scope of the brief after production has started may be quoted as additional work.
Refunds
Because every deliverable is custom work produced for your brand, orders are not refundable once production has started. Revisions are how we get the creative right. If we are unable to deliver, we will issue a refund for the undelivered items.
Usage rights
On full payment you receive a perpetual, worldwide licence to use the delivered creative in your own advertising and marketing. Creator footage is licensed for paid advertising use. We retain the right to show finished work in our portfolio and marketing unless you opt out when ordering.
Your materials
You confirm that you own or are licensed to use any footage, music, images, claims and brand assets you give us, and that the ads we produce from them will comply with the policies of the platforms you run them on.
Liability
We deliver creative assets; we do not guarantee ad platform approval, specific conversion rates, revenue or results. To the fullest extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
